We celebrate the symbiosis of art and nature, drawing inspiration from the land art movement to craft immersive and enriching experiences.

_Art in Nature
Art in Nature is one of the Foundation’s pioneering programs, conceived as a tribute to the lush landscapes of Dorado Beach Resort. Spanning over 200 acres, the Resort’s grounds—including the Pterocarpus Forest, vibrant gardens, serene lakes, and striking landscapes—serve as a dynamic canvas for the Foundation’s artistic commissions.
This program celebrates the dialogue between art and nature by showcasing contemporary ephemeral and temporary installations in open spaces throughout Dorado Beach. These innovative works, created by both local and international artists, exist in harmony with their surroundings. Designed to evolve, change, or naturally deteriorate over time, they create a living, ever-changing collection that reflects the beauty and impermanence of nature.
By presenting art installations that interact intimately with their environment, Art in Nature invites visitors to explore the Resort’s trails and landscapes through a fresh perspective, fostering a deep appreciation for the interplay between creativity and the natural world.
_Art in Golf Triennial
The Art in Golf Triennial reimagines both art and golf landscapes, creating a groundbreaking experience where a golf course becomes an expansive canvas for artistic expression.
This unique program blends the elegance of contemporary art with the grandeur of Dorado Beach Resort’s four golf courses, which span over 200 acres of breathtaking tropical scenery.
As part of the Foundation’s Installations in Open Spaces, the Triennial showcases monumental, ephemeral, and temporary art installations that push the boundaries of traditional sculpture and environmental art. These works, designed specifically for the unique landscapes of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve grounds, celebrate the synergy of art, nature, and the golf lifestyle.
Art in Golf offers visitors and players an extraordinary opportunity to engage with art in a new way—through movement, play, and exploration. This program not only enhances the visual and cultural appeal of the golf course but also underscores the importance of respecting and celebrating the natural environment.
Art transcends traditional static boundaries, as it engages with the ever-changing elements of time and pace.

Georgia Tech Arts
In 2022, arte_FITS Foundation proudly established an Arts Fellowship Program in collaboration with Georgia Tech Arts (GTechArts), marking a significant achievement in our educational mission.
This initiative bridges the gap between academic disciplines and artistic practices, offering students a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of their skills, academic training, and creative expression.
As part of this program, Puerto Rican artist Luis Torruella collaborated with Georgia Tech University students Elizabeth Kelly and Danielle Sisson to produce a groundbreaking art installation titled “CARDUMEN.” Inspired by the protective spinning formations of fish, this piece captures the mesmerizing movement and unity of small fish as they spin and dance in unison for survival. The installation now resides on the grounds of Dorado Beach Resort & Club, where it serves as a powerful testament to the beauty of collaboration and innovation.
This partnership exemplifies the Foundation’s commitment to integrating art into everyday life and fostering educational opportunities that inspire creativity and connection. By working with GTechArts, arte_FITS Foundation aims to spark conversations about the vital role of art in society and encourage support for artists and cultural institutions in our communities.
