Trilogía de un ascenso confuso, is composed of three wooden ladders, each varying in height at 18, 14, and 10 feet. These ladders are meticulously crafted and coated with oil paint to ensure their durability against the elements of their outdoor setting. However, it is the intentional alteration of their tops that sets this work apart. The artist has creatively modified the shape and structure of each ladder's peak, rendering them inaccessible and challenging the notion of ascent as a path to success or enlightenment. Through this symbolic inaccessibility, the installation invites viewers to reflect on the essence of personal and collective challenges, emphasizing the beauty and complexity of the journey over the destination.
